Our products are exclusive design objects from the brand Walter & Moretti, designed to combine aesthetics and functionality.

Article 3: Availability and Delivery

We commit to regularly communicating with the customer after the order to inform them of the delivery progress. The specific delivery time is indicated on each product sheet.

Article 4: Pricing

Our product prices are indicated on the product sheets in euros, VAT included. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time your order is confirmed.

Article 5: Ordering

Orders can be placed via the Shopify checkout on our site. For any special requests, our customers can contact our customer service at hello@walter-morreti.com.

Article 6: Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card through Shopify or by bank transfer, contacting our customer service at the aforementioned email.

Article 7: Delivery

Delivery is free in France. For other geographical areas, delivery fees are specified at the checkout.

Article 8: Withdrawal and Returns

You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original and complete state.

All products come with the legal compliance warranty and a warranty against hidden defects, allowing for the replacement or refund of defective products.
